Santa Barbara, from the beginning.

I was born and raised here, and I spent a lot of years living on the Mesa. I've watched this town change, neighborhood by neighborhood, and that's exactly what makes a native useful: I don't know these places from a farm map or a market report. I know what they were, what they're becoming, and what that means for someone deciding whether to plant their life in one. I still walk my dogs on the beach every chance I get. Some things about this town don't change, and those are the parts I love most.

How I work.

Buying or selling a home is one of the hardest decisions most people ever make, and I don't pretend otherwise. Most of the difficulty isn't the market. It's finding clarity about your own needs: what would genuinely improve your quality of life, what matters enough to pay for, and what you'd regret leaving behind. My job starts there. I'm the expert whose work is getting you to that clarity, and once it's found, achieving it.

And when it comes to achieving it, I lead by guidance. You're always the one in control of what happens; my strategies are built on your goals, not mine. What I'm best at is the human side of a deal: relationships, psychology, and awareness. Reading the room. Knowing when to push, when to give, and when to go take what my client needs. Deals in this town are won on those judgment calls, and making them well for people is the part of this work I take the most pride in.

Why I built Cluvay.

The same skill, pointed at my own industry. I put myself in the shoes of the people being marketed to, and I could read that room too: everyone guarded, because everything asks.
